Bail Reduction Investigation
Anyone is allowed to petitioned the court for a bail reduction on behalf of a defendant. However, proving the defendant isn’t a flight risk might not be as simple as you think. If you, your family or friends are requesting a bail reduction hearing without the help of an attorney, Galilean Bail Bonds, in assocaition with Galilean Investigations will conduct a risk assessement investigation for you to provide the court. This investigation does not guarentee a reduction in bail, only a fighting chance for affordable bail.
PC 1275 - Bail Funding Verification
Once in a while, a peace officer may request a 1275 PC hold on a defendant based on the belief any money used for bail was obtained from the commission of a felony. Galilean Bail Bonds and Galilean Investigations will conduct an investigation on the defendant’s behalf to verify the origins of all funds, thus making the defendant eligible for bail.
